Takanashi Mitsuba published her first manga, Mou Koi Nante Shinai in the Bessatsu Margaret magazine at a tender age of 17. She has now published several major titles including Akuma de Sourou and her latest project, Beniiro Hero (Crimson Hero). Her mangas are gaining international wide status as two of her most well-known works (Akuma de Sourou and Beniiro Hero) have been lisenced in North America.

Takanashi-san is currently residing in Tokyo where she enjoys various activities such as taking walks, watching videos, shopping, and going to the hair salon. She has a very unique style in her character design. Her characters wear very interesting and fashionable clothing and she has a real talent with facial design. She can capture a quirk of a mouth or a slight arch of an eyebrow, which completes the entire expression perfectly.

While she's not extremely well-known now, I'm expecting even greater things from her in the future.
